Booking & Preparation

• Define Details: We collaborate to set the date, time, and location of your shoot and secure your date with a deposit.

• Shoot Planning: Whether you prefer a spontaneous approach or a detailed shot list, we work with you to align vision with planning and preparation.

Photo Shoot Day

• On-Site Setup: Your photographer(s) will arrive early to ensure a smooth shoot start time and do any set-up necessary.

• Photography Coverage: It’s show time! Your Photographer will capture plenty of imagery so that we have enough choices to ensure the perfect shots are taken.

• Live Review: During the shoot, clients are encouraged to review images on the back of the camera in real time. This allows for immediate feedback, ensuring that the imagery aligns with your vision and meets your expectations as we progress.

Post-Production

• Culling & Color Correction: Our post-production includes color correction and occasional black-and-whites on 100+ images per shooting hour for vibrant, true-to-life images.

• Delivery: Your images are provided through a private online gallery with a secure link and password. We may also feature a sneak peek on our blog when appropriate.

• Editing & Retouching: Optional editing and retouching services are available. We can also customize your package for specific image finishing needs.

Usage Rights

• Copyright Permissions: Typical photography contracts come with full copyright permissions for marketing and promotional use so you can put your images to work for your brand.

Add-Ons

• Retouching Services: Available for individual touch-ups like blemish removal, teeth whitening, wrinkle minimization, and more complex requests such as head swapping or object removal.
